The Mill de De Go summer activity center is different from all the summer camp centers! This environmental education organization has been working since 1982 to inspire children and adults to make a profit. There are various school groups, youth, special needs, and adults in the center’s summer camp. About 40 adventure, educational and environmental activities are available on the center’s 10-hectare site in the beautiful heart of southeastern Somerset. These include shooting, boating, feeding animals, cooking, crossing the river, handicrafts, tug-of-war, tree climbing, water slides, filmmaking, and many other games. With the help of experienced and qualified HR instructors, courses and group challenges are embedded in the center’s programs. The Longhouse Lounge, with a capacity of 120 people, also hosts members’ meals. The accommodations have rooms for 4 to 6 people and have a total power of 124 people. All foods are organic and made from fresh, local ingredients. Camps are held for three weeks (August 9-29) for students ages 8 to 15.
